1. Who We Are

videogen is operated by delight-media, LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile information provided by Google. Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication (Google LLC).
  • Payment information: payments are processed by Authorize.Net. We receive transaction identifiers, amounts, and status — we never receive or store your full card number.
  • Content: the prompts you submit and the videos generated from them.
  • Usage data: log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, used for security and service operation.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide and operate the Service (generation, streaming, credit accounting).
  • To process payments and prevent fraud.
  • To moderate content: prompts and generated videos are screened by automated systems (and, where necessary, human review) to enforce our Terms.
  • To comply with legal obligations, including mandatory reporting of child sexual abuse material to NCMEC and law enforcement.
  • To respond to your support requests.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that operate the Service on our behalf, and where required by law:

  • Firebase / Google (authentication)
  • Authorize.Net (payment processing)
  • Cloud infrastructure providers hosting the application and video storage
  • Content-moderation providers (automated screening of prompts and videos)
  • Authorities, where disclosure is required by applicable law

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. It is essential for the Service to function and is not used for third-party advertising.

6. Data Retention

Account data and generated content are retained while your account is active. Transaction records are retained as required by tax and accounting law. You may request deletion of your account and content via our Contact page; some records may be retained where law requires.

7. Security

All traffic to the Service is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS). Video files are stored in private storage and served only through short-lived signed URLs. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details on our Contact page.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children and may not be used by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
