Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of videogen (the "Service"), operated by delight-media, LLC("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

videogen is an AI video generation service. You submit a text prompt, and the Service generates a short video using AI models. Generated videos are available for streaming playback within the Service.

You must register an account (email/password or Google sign-in) to generate videos. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

The Service operates on a prepaid credit basis: one credit generates one video. Credits are sold as one-time purchases in USD (tax included where applicable) and are processed securely by Authorize.Net. We do not store your card details.

Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a video generation fails due to a problem on our side, the consumed credit is automatically refunded to your account. See our Refund Policy for details.

You retain full ownership of and copyright in the videos you generate. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, stream, back up, generate thumbnails of, and scan your content solely to operate the Service and to detect abuse. We do not sell your content or use it for any other purpose.

You must not use the Service to create or attempt to create content that:

• is illegal, or promotes illegal activity;
• depicts or sexualizes minors in any way — such content is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities;
• infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• impersonates a real person without their consent, including misleading deepfakes;
• constitutes harassment, hate speech, or incitement of violence.

Prompts and generated videos are subject to automated and manual moderation. We may refuse generation, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate this section.

Generated videos are provided for streaming playback within the Service. Downloading, re-distributing, or sharing playback URLs is not supported.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Unused credits on accounts terminated for violations are not refunded.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or unexpected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
